This program offers an intensive study in Abhyanga massage, including all materials, daily yoga, Ayurvedic meals, daily tea service, lectures, hands-on training, and certification upon successful exam completion.

Your immersion includes the following:

• 3 Ayurvedic meals daily

• Morning yoga

• Morning educational lecture session

• Afternoon hands-on practicum session

• Ayurvedic tea service

• Educational Workbook and online recordings

• Certification upon passing an exam and practice hours
