Let Your Spirit Rise

Sattva is the Sanskrit word for purity, harmony, and inner light — a quality of being that brings clarity, peace, and connection to the heart. Sattva Rising is a gathering rooted in the timeless wisdom of Yoga and Ayurveda, offering a space to awaken your inner light, restore balance, and rise into your most radiant self.

Set against the breathtaking landscape of southern Utah, this multi-day festival invites seekers, healers, and lovers of the Earth to come together in community. Through daily yoga practices, Ayurvedic rituals, wisdom workshops, satsang, sound healing, dance, and desert ceremony, we return to the rhythms of nature — and the sattvic state within.

Let the red rocks hold you. Let the sun cleanse you. Let your spirit rise.

“When the mind is clear and the heart is open, the light of Sattva shines through all we do.”
— Kathy Jo Staheli, AD

Meet Our Wisdom Keepers

At the heart of Sattva Rising are our Wisdom Keepers—seasoned guides, devoted teachers, and inspired visionaries who walk the path of yoga, Ayurveda, and conscious living. Each facilitator brings years of lived experience, deep practice, and heartfelt devotion to the sacred work of transformation and inner awakening.

These are not just presenters—they are torchbearers of lineage, love, and presence. Through movement, mantra, healing arts, and embodied teachings, they hold space for your personal evolution, and the collective remembering of what it means to live in rhythm with nature, self, and soul.

Come as you are. Leave lit from within.
