Meet Your Facilitators
Kathy Jo Staheli, AD
Kathy Jo Staheli, AD, is a NAMA-recognized Ayurvedic doctor and founder of Purusha Ayurveda, with nearly 20 years of experience specializing in Panchakarma. Trained in both the U.S. and India, she has served as a practitioner and global business manager for Kerala Ayurveda Academy and played a key role in the National Ayurvedic Medical Association for nearly seven years, where she now chairs the Panchakarma Committee. Kathy Jo offers deeply rooted, authentic Ayurvedic care and education to a global community.
Anjali Deva, Ap
Anjali Deva is an Ayurvedic practitioner and educator, founder of Rooted Rasa and Mādhya Way, a school for Ayurveda. Known for her trauma-informed, compassion-based approach, she supports clients with anxiety, depression, PTSD, digestive issues, and women’s health. Introduced to Ayurveda and Yoga by her father, Arun Deva, Anjali trained with Kerala Ayurveda Academy, Loyola Marymount University, and teachers in both the U.S. and India. Her work bridges mental health and Ayurveda, helping others find resilience and inner harmony.
Sarah Syson, HAC
Sarah Syson is an Ayurvedic chef, trained Holistic Ayurvedic Coach, and currently completing her certification as an Ayurvedic Health Counselor with Kerala Ayurveda. Inspired by her love of yoga and nature, she is dedicated to holistic living and continues to deepen her studies in Ayurveda and yoga. Sarah nourishes Panchakarma and workshop guests with balanced, prana-filled meals made with love.
