Kathy Jo Stäheli,ADC,PKT,AYT

Kathy Jo Stähel, is a NAMA-Ayurvedic Doctor Level Certified practitioner and founder of Purusha Ayurveda, bringing nearly 20 years of expertise in Panchakarma. Trained in both the U.S. and India through Bastyr University and Kerala Ayurveda Academy, she has served as practitioner and global business manager for Kerala Ayurveda Academy and played an integral role in the National Ayurvedic Medical Association for nearly a decade, and is now chairing the Panchakarma Committee.

As an international speaker and educator, Kathy Jo shares authentic Panchakarma and Ayurvedic wisdom with audiences worldwide, offering deeply rooted, compassionate care and guidance to a global community. She is also a seasoned herbalist and has designed the Purusha Apothecary with intention, carefully formulating each product to support balance, wellness, and the authentic principles of Ayurveda.

She oversees our practitioners, supporting them through advanced training and ensuring that every Ayurvedic practice and Panchakarma service at Purusha is rooted in tradition. Her guidance ensures our team upholds the sacred, time-honored standards of this deep work

Kallie Taylor,AHC,PKT

Kallie Taylor is a yoga instructor, Panchakarma Technician and Ayurvedic Health Counselor, with extensive experience in Hatha and Vinyasa yoga. As a skilled Panchakarma bodyworker at Purusha, she offers Ayurvedic therapies that support detoxification, nervous system regulation, and emotional healing. Kallie has also worked with individuals in addiction recovery, using yoga and Ayurveda as powerful tools for transformation. Deeply inspired by nature, the elements, and subtle energy, she integrates Ayurvedic philosophy and sound healing into her practice.


Tanner Rosenthal, LMT, PKT

Tanner Rosenthal is a Panchakarma Technician with over 20 years of experience in the healing arts. He began his journey as an LMT in Salt Lake City and soon after interned at Herb Pharm, where he studied the properties of 180 single herbs and more than 85 proprietary formulas to help take care of mind, body, and spirit. He joined the Purusha team in 2020 and is an integral part of our Panchakarma programs and workshop facilitation. His compassion for people, animals, and the health of the planet is a drive behind his work and is felt in his practice and teaching.


Sarah Syson, HAC, PKT

Sarah Syson is an Ayurvedic chef, trained Holistic Ayurvedic Coach, Panchakarma Technician, and is currently completing her Ayurvedic Health Counselor certification with Kerala Ayurveda. Rooted in her love of yoga and the natural world, Sarah is dedicated to living and sharing a holistic lifestyle. At Purusha, she offers hands-on care as a Panchakarma Technician while also nourishing guests with prana-filled meals prepared with love and intention. Her work embodies the heart of Ayurveda, bringing balance, warmth, and healing through both touch and nourishment, while she continues to deepen her studies in Ayurveda and yoga.


Lesley Gustavson, AHC, PKT

After years devoted to raising three children and supporting her community in both business and public service, she discovered Ayurveda through her own healing journey. Inspired by its transformative power, she pursued formal training and became a certified Ayurvedic Health Counselor. With a background in psychology, a natural gift for compassionate care, and extensive experience in administration and leadership, she now brings dedication, empathy, and precision to her work as a Panchakarma Technician, supporting others on their path to balance, vitality, and well-being.


Maureen Morgan, AHC, PKT, RYT

Maureen Morgan is a Panchakarma technician, holistic nutritionist, yoga instructor, and Essential Emotions coach, guiding individuals to restore balance and vitality through the body’s innate healing wisdom. With over 25 years of experience in mind-body care, she supports clients in understanding their unique physical and emotional needs. At the heart of Maureen’s philosophy is the belief that healing, although personal, is not a solitary journey. As she often says, “We don’t heal alone — we heal in community.” This guiding principle shapes her offerings, where shared growth and connection become powerful catalysts for transformation.

Cecilia Molinar, PkT, RYT

Cecilia Molinar Zubieta is a Panchakarma Technician and Certified Yoga Instructor with expertise in somatic movement, dance therapy, and therapeutic yoga. She has studied various movement techniques, including Feldenkrais, Danceability, and Butoh, and has a deep understanding of anatomy, kinesiology, and mind-body practices. Cecilia integrates her knowledge of movement and yoga with Abhyanga, utilizing her expertise in rhythm, touch, and body awareness to enhance the healing power of Ayurvedic bodywork. She also works at the Morosoli Neuropsychology clinic, focusing on neurodevelopment and the therapeutic benefits of movement and meditation.


Sapna Punjabi, MS, RDN, LD

Sapna Punjabi is an immersion facilitator, culinary wellness specialist, registered dietitian, and Ayurvedic practitioner whose work bridges traditional Indian food wisdom with modern, evidence-based nutrition. Raised in Mumbai and now based in Dallas, she is the founder of beSPICED and author of Dal Chawal, a celebrated collection of vegetarian recipes rooted in the simplicity and intelligence of dal and rice.

Her teaching is grounded, sensory, and deeply practical—guiding participants into a lived understanding of Ayurveda through cooking, seasonal awareness, and the six tastes. Through her work, food becomes more than nourishment; it becomes a daily rhythm of attunement, a way to support digestion, restore balance, and reconnect with the quiet intelligence of the body and the earth.



Camille Nugent

Camille Nugent is a creative director, embodied artist, and yoga teacher with over twenty years of experience in design leadership and visual storytelling. Her work lives at the intersection of creativity, embodiment, and transformation—bringing a refined artistic sensibility into spaces of healing and inner return.

Within retreats, Camille guides movement, restorative yoga, and sound-based practices that support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and embodied presence. She is devoted to creating environments where people can soften, reconnect with themselves, and experience creativity not as performance, but as a pathway back to wholeness.


Davina Hanchuck

Davina Hanchuck is a co-founder of Pneuma, bringing over two decades of leadership experience in technology, strategy, operations, and organizational scaling. Her work is grounded in clarity, structure, and the ability to hold complex systems with steadiness and precision.

Following her own profound personal healing journey, Davina shifted her focus toward integrative wellness, breathwork, sound healing, and altered states of consciousness as pathways for deep inner reconnection. She is devoted to supporting nervous system regulation, emotional integration, and embodied awareness through experiential practices that are both grounded and expansive.

Within retreat spaces, Davina facilitates breathwork journeys, sound immersion, and integration support, guiding participants into deeper presence, release, and reconnection with their inner state of truth.
