Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk of choice (almond, oat, or whole dairy milk)

  • 1–1½ tsp raw cacao powder

  • 1 tsp ghee (or coconut oil for vegan)

  • 1–2 tsp maple syrup (adjust to taste)

  • ¼ tsp cinnamon

  • Pinch cardamom

  • Pinch ginger powder (optional, warming)

  • Tiny pinch nutmeg (optional, calming)

  • Optional adaptogen: ¼ tsp Ashwagandha (grounding & nourishing)

Instructions

  1. Warm the milk gently over low heat (do not boil).

  2. Whisk in cacao powder and ghee until smooth.
